Description

"One of the other artists had put up this cardboard sign. I composed the shot to include the sign as our mission statement, surrounded by the arms of one of Baltimore's best-known works of public art. The building in the background is Penn Station, for which the Station North arts district is named. The American, Baltimore, and Maryland flags fly in the background."
